You can have peace of mind knowing that all Seraph sabers and accessories come with a "One Year RTB" (Return To Base) warranty on parts and labor. If your product becomes faulty in that period, it may be sent or brought back to us for inspection for repairs and or replacement. Saber will then be returned via courier ASAP.

Warranty does not include misuse or damage caused by the user.
Factory faults with electronics or other saber parts or accessories
are included. Please see DISCLAIMER page 

Replacements: Products which may be DOA or non-functional in some way on arrival, must be sent back to us & received within 2 weeks of purchase for a full new identical replacement product. Beyond 2 weeks for DOA items will be processed under repair warranty.
